Acceptance of Terms and Website Use

The Veritas Guidance LLC may update these terms when our website, services, or appointment process changes. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, access another person's information, submit misleading details, or copy material for commercial use without written permission.

Educational Content and Important Disclaimers

Website articles, examples, calculators, and other materials are for general education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or personalised financial advice. Information may become outdated as laws, rates, products, and market conditions change.

A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your stated concerns and possible next steps. It does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship. A separate written agreement is required before any ongoing service begins.

  • No promised outcome. The Veritas Guidance LLC does not guarantee debt reduction, investment performance, approval for credit, retirement income, or any other specific result.
  • Check before acting. Speak with a qualified legal, tax, or investment professional when a decision involves specialist advice.
  • Provide accurate details. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you submit through a form, email, or consultation.
  • Protect your access. Do not send account passwords, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary website forms or email.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, layouts, and original materials belong to The Veritas Guidance LLC or their respective owners. You may read and share a link for personal reference, but you may not reproduce, alter, or publish materials without permission.

Service availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may pause for maintenance, security work, technical faults, or events outside our control.

Appointments and communication

Appointment, Cancellation, and Communication Policy

Keep your appointment details current. We use the contact information you provide to confirm a consultation and respond to service questions.

  • Scheduling. A requested time is not confirmed until The Veritas Guidance LLC sends a confirmation by email or phone. Please review the date, time, format, and preparation instructions in that message.
  • Changes within 24 hours. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Earlier notice gives us a reasonable chance to offer the time to another client.
  • Late changes and no-shows. A late cancellation or missed appointment may limit future scheduling or result in a charge if that charge was disclosed when the appointment was booked.
  • Communication. We may communicate by phone or email. Messages are answered during normal business hours, generally within two business days. Email is not an emergency channel.
  • Confidentiality and records. We handle consultation information with care and retain records according to our operational, legal, and professional obligations. Website communications may not have the same security as a client portal.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Providence financial services terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding relating to these terms or the website must be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Rhode Island, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact The Veritas Guidance LLC and give us a reasonable opportunity to understand and resolve the issue. The parties may agree in writing to mediation or another dispute process. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
